Automotive Store Manager: $75,000-$140,000 effective rate (Base Pay + Commission + Overtime + Manager Incentive Bonus + Paid Benefits)
What is the job?
  1. Manage daily store operations and procedures
  2. Implement and execute company initiatives while motivating and training the team members they manage
  3. Meet or exceed performance targets by understanding and following company strategies
  4. Confidently recommend, sell, advise, and provide exceptional customer service to guests
  5. Receive training to become product experts, selling tires, wheels, services, and repairs
  6. Adhere to Big Brand Tire and Service sales strategy and core values to create lifelong customers
What will make you a great fit for our team?
  1. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members
  2. At least 1 year of automotive retail sales management experience
  3. Tires, product knowledge, and mechanical services experience are highly desirable
  4. Experience working face-to-face with guests in a fast-paced environment
  5. Confidence in communicating, advising, recommending, and selling
  6. Deliver excellent customer service with integrity
  7. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  8. Detail-oriented with eagerness to learn and grow
  9. Willingness to learn and cross-train in sales and hands-on services
  10. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  11. Physically able to lift 70 lbs. and endure crouching, bending, and turning
