Job Description: The Store Manager leads daily operations, overseeing General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Store Managers. Reporting to the District Manager, responsibilities include team leadership, coaching, developing staff, promoting products and services, and ensuring excellent guest experiences.

Salary Range: $59,000 - $64,000 per year, based on experience. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop sales and technical teams to deliver a 5-star guest experience.
  2. Achieve sales goals through effective planning and product knowledge.
  3. Introduce tire and service products to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.
  4. Train and support teammates in shop operations and guest services.
  5. Provide direction to technicians, assisting with services and repairs as needed.
  6. Manage staffing, including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  7. Control expenses related to payroll, store maintenance, supplies, and utilities.
  8. Manage inventory, including pulling tires and parts, stocking, and ordering.
  9. Audit courtesy inspections and ensure store cleanliness and readiness.
  10. Schedule guest appointments and assign tasks based on skill levels.
  11. Meet sales targets by informing guests about products and promotions.
  12. Address guest needs, complaints, and adjustments to ensure satisfaction.
  13. Build relationships to foster customer loyalty and retention.
  14. Convey repair and service needs clearly to guests.
  15. Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  16. Maintain technical knowledge through ongoing training.
  17. Operate and maintain equipment safely.
  18. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Leadership experience in retail or sales environments.
  • Ability to manage financial results and control costs.
  • Effective team motivation and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving, inventory management, and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
  • Background checks conducted in accordance with law.
