Job Description: The Store Manager is a salaried leadership role, reporting to the District Manager, responsible for daily store operations, team management, sales, customer service, and maintaining store standards.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience. Additional incentives available.

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing sales and technical teams to ensure a 5-star guest experience.
2. Achieving sales goals through planning, knowledge, and promotion of services/products.
3. Supporting team in sales, guest satisfaction, and store operations.
4. Managing staffing, inventory, store maintenance, and safety standards.
5. Building customer relationships and handling complaints.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience in retail/sales.
• Ability to manage financial results, motivate teams, and communicate effectively.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report.

Profile: Customer-focused, communicative, goal-driven, proactive, and capable of mentoring teams.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Automotive shop environment, requiring flexible hours, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and standing/walking for long periods.
