The Store Manager is responsible for providing daily leadership to the store and teammates, supporting Monro’s vision to be a leader in automotive and tire centers, trusted by consumers for quality maintenance and repairs.
The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $100,000+, with additional incentives based on experience.
The Store Manager leads all store positions, including General Service Technicians, Technicians, Service Managers, and Assistant Managers, reporting to the District Manager.
High School Diploma or equivalent, with 4-6 years of leadership experience in automotive retail or sales. Proven ability to manage, drive financial results, and motivate teams to achieve goals.
Work occurs in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). Ability to work flexible hours, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, bending, and stooping.
