Compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $80,000+ based on experience, with additional bonuses and incentives.

Job Description

The Store Manager leads daily store operations, including supervising technicians and guest care staff, and reports to the District Manager. Key responsibilities include coaching teammates, achieving sales goals, managing inventory, maintaining store standards, scheduling, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Develop sales and technical teams to deliver a 5-star guest experience.
2. Achieve sales goals through effective planning and product promotion.
3. Support team training and store operations.
4. Manage staffing, expenses, and inventory.
5. Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
6. Build guest relationships and handle customer concerns.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
8. Operate and maintain shop equipment safely.
9. Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience in retail or sales.
• Ability to manage financial results and control costs.
• Strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
• Background checks conducted in accordance with law.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Work is performed in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, and reaching.
