Job Description

The Store Manager leads daily store operations, overseeing team members including General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Managers. Reporting to the District Manager, you will be responsible for team development, sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop sales and technical teams to deliver a 5-star Guest experience.
  2. Achieve sales goals through effective planning, product knowledge, and industry awareness.
  3. Promote tire and service products to maximize sales and loyalty.
  4. Train and support teammates in store operations and guest services.
  5. Oversee staffing, recruiting, training, and performance management.
  6. Control expenses related to payroll, supplies, utilities, and maintenance.
  7. Manage inventory, including tires and parts.
  8. Ensure store cleanliness and readiness, and schedule guest appointments.
  9. Build guest relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  10. Convey repair and service needs clearly to guests.
  11. Adhere to safety standards and complete required training.
  12. Operate and maintain equipment safely.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Leadership experience in retail or sales environment.
  • Ability to manage financial results and control costs.
  • Motivational leadership skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
  • Background checks as per company policy.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Work in an automotive shop environment, with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, and reaching.
