Job summary

American Tire Depot in Lancaster, CA is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead the service team, train and motivate techs and advisors to perform at their best, and act as the bridge between mechanics and customers to explain repairs and recommend services.

You will drive store performance by hitting sales and service targets, partner with the Store Manager on daily operations and scheduling, and keep the shop safe and aligned with company standards while delivering loyalty-building,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of automotive service management or retail repair leadership.
• Strong background in service sales (tires, brakes, maintenance, or mechanical).
• Proven ability to lead a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license + ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Open availability, including weekends.
