Job summary

Monro, Inc. in Sarasota, FL is seeking an Automotive Assistant Store Manager (Store 1265) to support store operations, act as manager on duty, and help meet service standards.

This full-time position coordinates with technicians, drives guest satisfaction through clear communication of vehicle issues and recommended solutions, and aims to achieve Monro's profitability goals. ASE certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years retail experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ASE certification and State Inspection License (where applicable) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule guest appointments for efficient service and repair workflow.
• Inform and upsell tire and service products to meet sales goals.
• Assist technicians in conveying repair needs to guests and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory, tires, parts, and guide teammates as needed.
• Organize store workflow to maximize technician utilization and timely completion.
• Adhere to all safety standards and company policies; perform manager on duty duties as required.
