Job summary

ZippyApp - Recruitment Marketing is seeking a Store General Manager to lead all aspects of a retail operation, with emphasis on automotive retail experience. The role includes supervising a team, hiring and training staff, managing inventories, and ensuring compliance and safety.

Excellent pay and full benefits accompany the opportunity. Fluency in English is required, Spanish is highly desirable, and a valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• Two to four years supervisory/management experience.
• Fluency in English; Spanish desirable.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials and communicate with upper management, employees, vendors, customers and the public.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overall store direction, coordination and evaluation.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results.
• Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Ensure product availability by maintaining inventories.
• Secure merchandise by implementing security measures.
• Review operating and sales data to adjust marketing strategy.
• Maintain compliance with laws and company policies; ensure safe environment.
