Job summary

RNR Tire Express is seeking a General Manager to lead our Charlotte, NC store and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage day-to-day operations, and focus on sales growth and profitability.

The role offers a solid compensation package with a training salary, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and post-training earnings potential up to $130,000 plus comprehensive benefits. Sundays off and a structured vacation plan are included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Flexible schedule and availability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
