Job summary

HTC Global Services in Dearborn, MI seeks an Embedded Software Test Engineer to validate vehicle software and integrated systems across the product lifecycle in an Agile environment. Hybrid work (4 days on site) supports collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will plan, prepare, execute, and document testing activities, develop functional test scenarios, and contribute to test automation. Proficiency in Python and APIs is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as CS/CE/EE or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant embedded software testing experience.
• Experience with Python and APIs, and Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Validate vehicle software and integrated systems against requirements.
• Plan, prepare, execute, analyze, and document software testing activities.
• Develop and execute functional test scenarios using Agile stories and sprint requirements.
• Record defects, perform root cause analysis, and support testing automation.
