Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full social footprint for the stores (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc).
• Engage with communities and respond to reviews across major channels.
• Monitor and improve reputation via proactive outreach and social listening tools.
• Collaborate with digital advisors on SEO, blogging, and social bookmarking.
• Report performance to General Managers and suggest promos and opportunities.
• Analyze site traffic, social engagement, and review activity metrics.
• Curate online content to share relevant information to audiences.
