Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with plant modeling tools and integration into co-simulations.
• Strong MATLAB/Simulink, dSPACE/VEOS, ETAS COSYM, GMSim experience.
• Embedded control software knowledge including AUTOSAR.
• Familiarity with automotive protocols: CAN, LIN, SPI, Ethernet.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, schedules, and deployment plans for simulation projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of simulation components.
• Integrate plant and ECU models with controller software and verify against requirements.
• Develop and test virtual controller models for HWIO, RTOS, controller I/O, and ECU behavioral models.
• Perform simulation correlation using experimental data.
• Create and maintain standard simulation architectures.
• Support released simulations with documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Design, develop, verify, and execute automated test suites.
• Benchmark and evaluate next-generation simulation technologies and tools.
• Identify and standardize simulation engineering processes.
• Recommend process and architecture improvements.
• Work within the SAFe/Agile framework.
