Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and hands-on individual to ensure our shop operates smoothly and supports our customer projects. This role combines administrative tasks, shop support, and physical work, including inventory management, assisting mechanics, and preparing vehicles for events nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between manufacturers, vendors, customers, and mechanics.
• Monitor project progress with shop management software.
• Inspect vehicles, conduct condition surveys, and update workflows.
• Manage inventory, reorder parts, and maintain supplies.
• Handle shipping, receiving, and trailer loading/unloading.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop environment.
• Deliver parts and assist with customer and vendor interactions.
• Support service writing, quotes, and customer updates.
• Prepare shop vehicles for events and races.
• Assist mechanics with hands-on projects.
• Perform additional tasks as needed, adapting to daily priorities.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Basic skills in math, reading, writing, and computer use.
• Experience with shop equipment (forklift, Bobcat).
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work indoors/outdoors.
• Proficiency in connecting, driving, and backing trailers.
• Knowledge of safety practices and vehicle loading procedures.
• Strong multitasking and teamwork skills.
