YOUR IMPACT

You typically work from 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday.

As our Automotive Shop Manager, you lead our shop's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and maintaining exceptional service standards. You oversee workflow, maintain our facility, and manage your team as they complete their work. Diligently, you strive to reach location goals and achieve total customer satisfaction. You keep an eye out for areas we could improve in and develop strategies for increasing our success.

What You Need

We're searching for someone with a small business owner mentality and a strong drive to exceed goals. Conflict resolution skills would also be beneficial. You also need to meet these qualifications:

• 5+ years of management experience
• 5+ years of automotive sales experience
• Computer proficiency, including experience with labor management systems and Google Suite
• Leadership skills and writing skills
