Groove Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Shop Foreman to lead our service team in Englewood, Colorado. You will oversee daily shop operations, assign work to technicians, monitor quality, and mentor staff to uphold high service standards.

You will collaborate with Service Advisors and management to communicate job status, enforce safety protocols, and assist with diagnostics and repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be Subaru Senior Certified Master Technician.
• Proven diagnostic and repair skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• Must be a Subaru Senior Certified Master Technician (required) .
• Strong automotive diagnostic and repair skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
• Authorized to work in the United States
