Dave Wright Nissan Subaru is seeking an Automotive Service Writer to act as the interface between customers and technicians for vehicle repairs. You will greet customers, schedule appointments, and complete all related paperwork.

You will keep customers informed about repair status and explain necessary services, relaying information to the technicians to ensure accurate work. You will also follow up with guests, management, and other departments to solve problems, delivering courteous service
