Job summary

Coughlin Ford of Circleville is seeking an experienced Service Writer/Advisor to join our Circleville service team. You will work with technicians and customers to identify needed maintenance, prepare estimates, and schedule repairs, while upholding our CSI standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or customer service industries.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Organized and friendly personality.
• Working knowledge of the mechanical operations of vehicles.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Team oriented and self-motivated.
• Able to work with little supervision.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Works with customer and technician to identify required maintenance and advises customers on necessary and recommended services
• Offers additional services and repairs to customers
• Estimates cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs
• Enters itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate to customer
• Schedules appointments with customer
• Meets dealership's standards for repair and order production
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
• Participates in required training
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations and complies with Company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
