Job summary

The Pep Boys Manny Moe & Jack LLC is hiring a General Service Technician in Suwanee, GA. You will perform basic automotive services such as oil changes, tire mounting and balancing, tire repairs, and inspections while delivering great customer experiences.

You will maintain a clean, safe workspace, assist technicians, and advise customers on recommended services. This entry-level role requires availability to work varied shifts and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Availability to work days, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic automotive services including oil changes, tire mounting/balancing, tire repairs and inspections.
• Provide advice to customers on services and repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety/environmental rules.
• Assist fellow technicians and keep management informed of problems.
