Job summary

Johnson Lexus of Raleigh, conveniently located on Capital Boulevard, is seeking a Full-Time Automotive Service Technician to join our Service team. The role involves inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to meet Lexus standards.

Applicants with Lexus or Toyota experience are preferred, but skilled technicians from other brands are welcome. You will work in a professional dealership environment with access to manufacturer training and modern diagnostic resources,

Qualifications

• Previous automotive maintenance and repair experience.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills appropriate to experience level.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to document work performed and communicate findings.
• Basic computer and electronic diagnostic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair customer and dealership vehicles.
• Perform maintenance, diagnostic, and repair work accurately and efficiently.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns and perform necessary repairs.
• Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Communicate findings with Service Advisors and Parts Department.
• Document inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and service recommendations.
