Job summary

Johnson Lexus of Durham at South Point is seeking a Full-Time Service Technician to join our service team. You will receive repair orders, diagnose malfunctions, perform repairs to dealership and factory standards, and communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts.

ASE Certification is preferred and Lexus or Toyota experience is welcomed. All offers are contingent upon satisfactory completion of E-Verify, background, drug, and motor vehicle reports.

Qualifications

• ASE Certification preferred;
• Lexus or Toyota experience preferred;
• All offers contingent upon satisfactory completion of E-Verify, Background, Drug, and Motor Vehicle Report testing and reports;

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders from advisor or dispatcher;
• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards;
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform necessary repairs;
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts;
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor;
• Other duties as assigned by management.
