Job summary

Premium Velocity Auto is seeking a Service Technician in Scottsdale to help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. You will be fully cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service with a focus on safety and quality.

No automotive experience is required; we train you and offer growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment. Driver's license is strongly preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety.
• Willingness to learn with a growth mindset.
• Ability to stand for long periods; lift 50+ lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.).
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on‑site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.
