Job summary

Premium Velocity Auto / Jiffy Lube seeks a Service Technician to assist customers, perform maintenance, and ensure vehicle safety. No prior automotive experience required—we train and cross-train across roles to build a versatile team.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.).
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Skills

Automotive experience (any level)
