Job summary

Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube is seeking a Service Technician to help customers feel confident in their vehicle's safety. No automotive experience required — we train on the job and provide full cross-training across maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

You'll perform oil changes, fluid refills, basic maintenance, and multi-point inspections while maintaining accurate records and following safety standards. On-site and online training are provided, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Will learn quickly with a growth mindset.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum and sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
