Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube in Chicago is hiring a Service Technician to help customers feel confident in their vehicle’s safety. You’ll join a fast‑paced, cross‑trained team and learn quickly in a role that blends maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

No automotive experience is required—we train. Expect paid training, potential bonus incentives, growth pathways, and regular opportunities to advance within the shop.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Willingness to learn with a growth mindset
• Ability to stand for long periods; lift 50+ lbs.; bend, reach, crawl, climb
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on‑site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
• Perform other assigned duties
