Job summary
Tire Discounters, the nation’s largest family-owned tire and automotive service retailer, is seeking a Service Technician to perform tire installation, maintenance, alignments, brakes, diagnostics, and routine services. Qualifications
- 2+ years of automotive repair experience; ASE certifications preferred but not required.
- Must have own tools; tool purchase program available.
- Ability to operate automotive lifts and shop tools; diagnostic scanner experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
- Able to stand long periods and lift up to 75 lbs; valid driver's license; Saturday availability.
- Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely quality vehicle inspection, maintenance and repairs to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure functionality and safety.
- Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and assist as needed.
