Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking a Service Technician to join our team. You will perform automotive services including tire installation, brakes, alignments, and diagnostics, supporting daily operations at your location.

You will test drive vehicles, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and collaborate with teammates to meet customer expectations. A strong customer-service mindset and physical stamina are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience (ASE certifications preferred but not required).
• Must have own tools (tool purchase program available).
• Ability to operate automotive vehicle lifts, shop tools and equipment (diagnostic scanner experience a plus).
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and availability to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Responsibilities

• Provides accurate and timely quality vehicle inspection, maintenance and repairs, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure functionality and overall safety.
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and assist as needed.
