Job summary
Tire Discounters is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our family-owned automotive service team. You will perform tire installation, brake work, alignments, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance while ensuring safety and quality.
You should have 2+ years of automotive repair experience, own your tools, and be able to operate lifts and shop equipment. A valid driver's license and Saturday availability are required. ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of automotive repair experience.
- Must have own tools (tool purchase program available).
- Ability to operate automotive lifts, shop tools and equipment.
- Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and Saturday availability.
- Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
Responsibilities
- Provides accurate and timely quality vehicle inspection, maintenance and repairs.
- Test drives vehicles before and after repairs for safety.
- Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and assist as needed.
