Job summary

Pep Boys is seeking a General Service Technician in Conroe, TX. You will perform basic automotive services such as oil changes, tire maintenance, and inspections while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Role requires a valid driver’s license, 18+ years old, and HS diploma or GED. You’ll work in a shop environment, learn continuously, and support fellow technicians in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, electrical).
• Perform oil changes, tire installation and maintenance, and battery checks.
• Assist technicians; keep work area clean and safe.
• Communicate recommended services to customers and help with basic sales.
