Job summary
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive A-Level Technician for our Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM location in Missouri. This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing vehicles to factory standards while building customer trust through transparent communication and quality repairs.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an A Level Technician.
- Self-starter with strong process orientation.
- Willingness to undergo a background check per local laws.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair to specifications including brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel, ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
- Explain technical diagnosis and required repairs to customers as needed.
- Update skills through formal training to keep pace with automotive tech.
- Keep management informed of mechanical repair issues as they occur.
- Maintain an organized and neat service bay.
