Job summary

Asbury in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to repair vehicles, diagnose issues, and ensure a positive guest experience. You will perform general repairs including engine work, electrical systems, HVAC, steering and suspension, with opportunities to advance through manufacturer certifications.

You will document work, communicate with service advisors, conduct road tests, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with technology.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive technician is required.
• ASE certifications preferred or at least available within the role.
• Manufacturer certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs including light engine work, electrical systems, HVAC, steering and suspension.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and communicate with service advisors as needed.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete warranty paperwork and maintain CSI targets as directed.
