Job summary

You will stay current with technical publications and participate in ongoing training to uphold service standards. The ideal candidate has an ASE certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

Qualifications

• Requires ASE certification and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repair on various vehicle makes/models.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer concerns using tools provided.
• Greet customers and maintain courtesy at all times.
• Review Service Drive area and acknowledge customers promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with technical publications and service communications.
• Ensure safe and effective service delivery and complete work right the first time.
• Address original customer concerns before pursuing additional sales.
• Inspect vehicles for additional sales opportunities and ensure proper maintenance.
• Return vehicles clean or cleaner than arrival.
• Participate in factory or in-house training programs.
• Complete paperwork accurately and attach shop forms to RO copy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Service Manager or Group Leader.
• Be punctual, prepared, and in uniform.
