Qualifications

• Previous automotive repair experience required; level based on technician path.

Responsibilities

• Review repair orders with the Service Advisor or Dispatcher as needed.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns and perform repairs per manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Complete maintenance and repair services meeting quality and productivity expectations.
• Inspect vehicles for additional needs and communicate findings to the Service Advisor.
• Collaborate with Parts to obtain needed parts promptly.
• Document all diagnostics, repairs, parts used, and recommendations.
