Job summary

Volvo Cars Bridgewater is hiring an automotive service technician to ensure safety and performance across models. You will diagnose systems, isolate issues, perform road tests, and document oil, fluid levels, and tire pressures with accuracy.

We provide comprehensive training, ongoing development, and opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing luxury brand. A high school diploma is required; ASE preferred and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• ASE certification or technical degree preferred.
• 1 year in a service department.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Test systems and components for proper operation and safety.
• Isolate systems or components causing issues.
• Drive vehicle for testing and inspect/refill fluids as needed.
• Check tire pressure and lubricate fittings.
• Install oil drain plug and new oil filter; communicate oil levels to teammates.
• Maintain accuracy in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
• Repair or replace worn parts ahead of breakdown or damage.
• Use power tools, machine tools, and hand tools as needed.
