Asbury Automotive Group seeks a skilled Service Technician to perform routine repairs and diagnostics on customer vehicles in Sterling, VA. You will work with a team to deliver quality service and maintain high customer satisfaction. Strong mechanical aptitude and basic tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have basic tools and strong mechanical aptitude.
• ASE certifications heavily preferred; manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Minimum 18 years old and valid driver's license.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs on customer vehicles including light engine work and electrical systems.
• Diagnose issues, document work performed, and communicate with service advisor.
• Complete warranty related paperwork and warranty claims as needed.
• Attend manufacturer training and maintain CSI scores according to standards.
• Ensure vehicles are returned clean and in safe, road-ready condition.
