Jiffy Lube is hiring a General Service Technician in St Peters, MO for part-time work with a starting pay of $15.00–$15.24 per hour. The role provides entry-level training, certification through a program, and a path to growth within the team.

The position emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and strict adherence to safety and service standards. You will service guests' vehicles, maintain a clean center, and learn all offered services while supporting junior technicians and ensuring accurate

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
• Effective communication to interact with guests and teammates
• Demonstrates responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to follow procedures
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperatures

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Complete vehicle inspections
• Document all work performed on repair orders
• Report safety issues to management
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
• Perform tasks including lifting, standing, bending and squatting
