Qualifications

• Experience in automotive maintenance and repair, preferably in a dealership or high‑volume service environment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs according to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance concerns using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Complete repair orders thoroughly and accurately, documenting work performed and parts used.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members regarding vehicle condition and repair recommendations.
• Follow all safety procedures, shop policies, and quality control standards.
• Inspect vehicles to identify additional needs and ensure all work is completed properly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Stay current on training, technical updates, and best practices.
