Qualifications

• Automotive repair experience is required.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills are expected.
• ASE and/or manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Own a set of tools is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and computer-related issues accurately the first time.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and recall services to factory specification.
• Complete thorough multi-point inspections with photos or notes.
• Meet flag-hour and proficiency expectations without sacrificing quality.
• Communicate clearly with advisors and parts to keep promise times accurate.
• Follow proper warranty and repair documentation to support the work.
• Road-test to verify the concern and the repair before vehicle return.
• Keep bay, tools, and equipment clean and well maintained.
