Grubbs Family of Dealerships is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to the highest standard. This role requires automotive repair experience, strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, tool ownership, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Automotive repair experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• ASE and/or manufacturer certifications a plus.
• Own a set of tools and a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and computer-related issues accurately the first time.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and recall services to factory specifications.
• Complete thorough multi-point inspections and document findings with photos or notes.
• Work efficiently to meet flag-hour and proficiency expectations without sacrificing quality.
• Communicate clearly with advisors and parts to keep promise times accurate.
• Follow warranty and repair documentation to support the work.
• Road-test to verify the concern and the repair before returning the vehicle.
• Keep bay, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and well maintained.
