Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• An associate degree or completion of automotive service technician training program is preferred.
• Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes.
• Assist with establishing service center procedures.
• Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks.
• Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Convey vehicle repair information clearly.
