Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

A SHORT LIST OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assigning Priority: You'll need to prioritize vehicle Repair Orders and assign them to the appropriate Technicians
• Workflow Management: Overseeing the flow of work in the shop to ensure efficiency and timeliness
• Contract Repairs: Organizing external repairs when necessary, ensuring work is completed to standard
• Quality Control: Inspecting completed work and associated documentation for accuracy and quality
• Training and Mentoring: Providing guidance and support to new team members
• Safety Compliance: Monitoring the workspace and staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Customer Communication: Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles and addressing any concerns

• Previous supervisory experience
