Your responsibilities will include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customer and dealership vehicles using the latest automotive diagnostic technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and execute Repair Orders as dispatched.
• Perform diagnostic services and troubleshoot to identify repair needs.
• Provide labor, time, and parts estimates for repairs.
• Perform high-quality repairs on various automotive systems, including engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning, according to industry standards.
• Conduct Quality Control checks to ensure repairs are complete and meet standards.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for repair services.
• Maintain an organized, clean workspace and proper tool management.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department staff.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with automotive technologies and processes.
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with our company's values in all interactions.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of automotive repair experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and computing skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience as an automotive technician.
• Ford Certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to perform duties safely and responsibly.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, Motor Vehicle Report, and drug testing.
