Responsibilities

• Use diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes.
• Assist with establishing service center procedures and maintaining documentation.
• Carry out routine maintenance like tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements.
• Conduct in-depth inspections of engine, transmission, and brakes.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Explain needed repairs clearly to customers.
