Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in automotive repair
• Valid Driver’s License
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Excellent attitude and customer service
• Willingness to learn new automotive tech with training

Responsibilities

• Help establish service center procedures for tracking repair status and documentation
• Perform routine maintenance like tire rotations, oil changes and brake pad replacements
• Inspect engines, transmissions and brakes in detail
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Explain repair information clearly to customers
