• Help establish service center procedures for tracking repair status and documentation
• Perform routine maintenance like tire rotations, oil changes and brake pad replacements
• Inspect engines, transmissions and brakes in detail
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Explain repair information clearly to customers

Responsibilities

• Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
• Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
• Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications

• We would like you to have up 1 years of experience in the automotive repair industry
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal
• Excellent attitude and customer service skills are a plus
