Performance Kings Honda in Cincinnati is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to perform maintenance and diagnostics on Honda vehicles, delivering top-quality service and customer satisfaction. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and communicate timelines clearly with clients.

Qualifications

Completion of a technical college program in automotive technology is preferred.
Experience as a service technician or mechanic, especially with Honda or reputable brands.
ASE certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs on Honda vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and diagnostics.
Conduct vehicle inspections to identify issues and recommend repairs for optimal performance.
Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
Communicate with service advisors about repairs, timelines, and additional services.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Participate in ongoing Honda training to stay updated on techniques and practices.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns with professionalism.
