Performance Kings Honda in Cincinnati is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to perform maintenance and diagnostics on Honda vehicles, delivering top-quality service and customer satisfaction. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and communicate timelines clearly with clients.

Qualifications

• Completion of a technical college program in automotive technology is preferred.
• Experience as a service technician or mechanic, especially with Honda or reputable brands.
• ASE certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Honda vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and diagnostics.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to identify issues and recommend repairs for optimal performance.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Communicate with service advisors about repairs, timelines, and additional services.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Participate in ongoing Honda training to stay updated on techniques and practices.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns with professionalism.
