Leeds West Groups is seeking a General Service Technician to perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs in a fast-paced automotive retail and repair environment in Nebraska. You will use diagnostic tools and work with senior technicians to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and ongoing learning as you handle oil changes, inspections, repairs, and diagnostic work with modern equipment and OSHA-aligned practices.

Qualifications

• Ages 18+ and valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes and tire rotations to ensure vehicle reliability.
• Assist with and conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, maintenance, or safety concerns.
• Complete repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and manuals to diagnose automotive problems accurately.
• Explain repair recommendations and provide estimates to customers.
• Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs for safety and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to policies.
• Collaborate with technicians and management to coordinate workflow and service delivery.
• Adhere to OSHA safety policies and company procedures.
