Job summary

Leeds West Groups in Colorado is seeking a General Service Technician to join our fast-paced automotive retail and repair team. You’ll perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs, utilizing diagnostic equipment and manuals to identify issues and provide accurate estimates.

We value integrity, clear communication, and customer-focused service. A driver’s license is required; a high school diploma is preferred, and prior related experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and services (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, filter replacements).
• Assist with vehicle inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, or safety concerns.
• Complete repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and manuals to diagnose problems.
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer specs and safety standards.
• Conduct test drives and quality checks to verify repairs.
• Communicate repair recommendations and estimates to customers and staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to OSHA policies.
• Support Store Manager and Service Manager in operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
