Job summary

Paycom in Colorado seeks a Technician C to diagnose and repair vehicles, performing brakes, rotors, fluid exchanges, oil changes, transmission and cooling system maintenance, and tire services. You will educate customers on preventive maintenance and ensure quality, safety, and timely service.

Responsibilities include documenting work, road testing as needed, keeping tools and shop orderly, and adhering to company guidelines and regulatory requirements. A valid license is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals and procedure documents.
• Ability to clearly present information and respond to questions from customers.
• Ability to write routine tickets, notes and other service correspondence.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA/Hazardous materials guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet state emission/control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy according to supervisor guidance and factory standards.
• Diagnoses vehicle problems based on customer concerns and inspections.
• Tests drives vehicles and determines additional safety or service needs.
• Keeps shop area organized; notifies management of damages or safety issues.
• Documents all work performed and recommended; participates in training programs.
